What areas do you cover?
We work within 10 miles of Newquay, including Porth, Pentire, Crantock, Quintrell Downs, St Columb Minor, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth. If your property is just outside this radius, get in touch and we will let you know whether we can help.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and are an upper-tier licensed waste carrier, so all green waste and debris is removed and disposed of legally.
Are you qualified to apply weedkiller?
Yes. We hold PA1 (safe use of pesticides) and PA6 (hand-held applicator) certifications, and keep full COSHH records for every treatment.
Do you offer regular scheduled visits?
Yes. Most clients choose fortnightly or monthly garden maintenance, with exterior cleaning scheduled seasonally. We agree a plan that suits your property and send reminders before each visit.
How much is garden maintenance per visit?
A scheduled maintenance visit is usually £60–£120, covering weeding, pruning, edging and a general tidy-up. One-off tidy-ups start from £80. We always provide a fixed quote before starting work.
How much does hedge cutting cost?
Hedge cutting is typically £5–£15 per metre, depending on height, density and access. We will measure and quote on site so you know the fixed price before we begin.
How is my fixed quote calculated?
Your quote is based on five factors: the size of the area, its current condition, access for equipment and waste, the volume of waste to remove, and the overall scope of work. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
Can you look after my property while I am away?
Yes. Unattended visits are a core part of what we do. We hold keys securely, carry out agreed work, and send you a before-and-after report after each visit so you can see exactly what was done.
Can you combine garden and exterior cleaning in one visit?
Yes. Many of our holiday-home clients have a combined visit that covers lawn, borders, patio wash and window clean, so the whole exterior is guest-ready in a single appointment.
How often should gutters be cleaned near the coast?
For coastal and tree-lined properties around Newquay we recommend gutter clearing at least twice a year, in late autumn after leaf fall and in early spring, with a check after any major storm.
How much does it cost?

Yes — every job comes with a clear, professional invoice, making it simple for homeowners, second-home owners and property managers to keep records.
Do you clear the waste you produce?
Yes. For an additional fee, green waste, arisings and debris are removed from site by our licensed waste carrier service and disposed of or composted legally.
How do I know when you have visited?
You receive a visit reminder before each scheduled visit and a before-and-after report afterwards, with photos and a summary of the work completed. Invoices are issued after each visit or monthly, as you prefer.
